Skeeter Davis

Skeeter Davis was an American country/pop singer popular in the late 50s and early 60s (I say 'popular', she obvoiusly wasn't that popular - I don't think).
I only know one of her songs, her greatest hit, but I think it's exquisite. I'm even hesitant to delve into her other work in case I'm disappointed. I don't think I would be able to admire this song as much as I do now if I was to be deçu. Her voice is beautiful.
Her name is pretty cool too...
